The property was dirty, full of bugs, and people smoked cigarettes in the hallway. The bathroom was dirty, the bed looked never cleaned, there was dust everywhere, and it smelled stinky.

The location was good for me. The floor left my feet black, the freeway was very loud, construction next door started before 7 am, there was no cup for water, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The spot is convenient, but my room wasn’t ready after 3 pm. Nobody was working at the office and when I rang for help it took 30 minutes to get someone down. I waited another 30 minutes to be checked in, only to learn the room was still not ready. The property is full of trash and homeless people loitering around.

The conference area was closed, which was a plus. At the front desk they told me they would get me a room with a microwave, handed me a key, but there was no microwave in the room.
