This hotel is a real gem in the heart of the city - it's perfectly situated for exploring all the local attractions.
Our room was huge with super comfy beds and pillows that felt like clouds.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had.
The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but it's a shame they don't have more to offer in terms of facilities.

“I was very pleased with my overall stay. I would go back again.”
It was very pretty, the front desk was very helpful, and it was close to Bill. The elevator wasn’t working; they said it was due to the storm, so no one was at fault.
“Staff was extremely welcoming, best location and the best bang for your buck in the area”
The location was perfect for exploring downtown, the decor in the lobby and restaurant/bar was great with a good variety of coffee‑table books, and the bartender was amazing and made the end of our night absolutely fantastic. I wish there were a pool or hot tub, but I understand it’s a historical building/area so renovation is likely limited. The mattress in our room was noticeably stained after I lifted the sheet and mattress protector to check for bedbugs (I was a housekeeper at another hotel some years ago, so it’s routine to check even in the nicest places); no bugs, just stains!
“Excellent location. Staff kind”
Excellent location and a spacious room, but breakfast is a menu and poor (not a buffet and only a few options). The bathroom door is a sliding door and doesn’t keep privacy.
“I hurt myself coming down 3 flights of stairs”
The stay is always wonderful, but the elevator was down all weekend and I wish they had called me beforehand to let me know I’d be on the 3rd floor.
The rooms were clean and most of the staff were friendly.
