I was upgraded at no extra cost to the Honeymoon suite, and the room itself was pleasant. Everything else was fine.

The location was convenient and the staff were very helpful, but the hygiene standards left something to be desired; rooms were dusty and the floors needed a proper scrub.

The food was very good, though the night‑shift receptionist was a bit unhelpful.

The location and services were good, and the food was tasty, but please fix your toilet flushing system—it’s not working properly; otherwise everything was fine.
