The service here was exceptional across the board, but the concierge really stood out - super helpful and friendly.
The location is superb, no complaints there.

“Parfait comme d’habitude encore merci pour votre gentillesse”
The hotel was perfect with exemplary reception, and there was nothing to complain about.
“J’y retournerai sans aucun doute”
The location, the rooms, the SPA space, and the team were all very professional and warm.
The room and restaurant were amazing, and the hotel sits right next to the main street; the staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently.
“Magnifique séjour dans le cœur de megeve”
The hotel’s location, the spa, the décor, the tranquility, the room—clean, comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard (a very pretty courtyard)—the staff’s kindness and availability, and the quality of the breakfast were all perfect.
The breakfast on the terrace was great.
