I received a complimentary upgrade and the staff were very helpful.

It offers great value for money, feels safe and secure, the room is big, and all facilities surpass those of other hotels. However, parking and breakfast need improvement.

The rooms were rather clean and the staff active, but the AC was a bit too weak for a large room.
