The facilities and location are excellent. The only unpleasant thing was a drain in the back of the room that released a strong sewage smell; when I opened the window for fresh air, the smell was trapped inside, which was the only downside.

The staff were very attentive and explained everything in detail; the area is great and the price is very good, a very quiet place that lets you rest comfortably… highly recommended and safe. The only thing I’d check is the bathroom lighting: because it’s sensor‑activated, the shower light didn’t work and left me in the dark 😅, otherwise everything was perfect.

It’s central to several points of interest in Narvarte and Del Valle. One thing to note, as with other bookings, is that you should have a number to notify arrival; that day we arrived in rain and got soaked while trying to send a message and ring the bell, but they opened the door, and otherwise everything was fine.

I liked that it’s close to Hospital 20 de Noviembre. The service was not good, and the room was improvised in the garage; all night I could hear cars entering and exiting, the gate opening and closing, which made a lot of noise. I slept only a few hours, and the garage light kept turning on and off, which was annoying. Overall, disappointing.
