The location is good, but most staff have no idea what Customer Service means; if I ever return to Barcelona I wouldn't pick this hotel again.

Very nice atmosphere, wonderful room with a great view, but it was a bit noisy at night because of other guests.

The place is well situated and the breakfast staff are friendly, yet the room is overpriced for lacking basic amenities: no fridge, no kettle, no toilet brush, only a single water bottle on arrival, a view of a gutter with pipes, and the front desk staff are very uncommunicative.

The spot’s location is great, but the shower was full of hair as if it hadn’t been cleaned before the next guest came in.
