I had an overall good experience, but the mattress and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the toilet seat was completely loose and couldn't be fixed right away; the student apartments vary greatly in equipment and are very noisy, and while the price is reasonable for Bilbao, overall it feels too expensive.

I really liked it; it was superbly located and the value for money was fantastic.

I liked the single room the most because it was comfortable, nice, and in a great spot—I'd definitely come back.

The facilities were great, but the coffee could have been better.
