The owner was very racist, confirmed two rooms, but when I arrived she said there was only one. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to rest and have a good time.

I did not stay at this hotel. I had booked a room at "dom v kobuleti" and was told I could check in very early, which is unusual for rooms, so I asked the hotel if I could indeed check in early. My request was approved by the hotel, which pleased me because I was arriving early and didn’t want to go to the beach with luggage. When I arrived to check in at that early time, I was rudely told “why are you so early? my room is still occupied!” I explained that the time was available, that I had sent a request that was confirmed by them, and showed it on my phone. In response I was told I was rude (for some reason) and I would not be checked in at all… I was very surprised, said “okay, maybe there’s an error, can I leave my luggage and check in in the evening then, strange but fine.” BUT then it got more interesting! After checking the booking, they told me that they had given my room to another person and told me to look for accommodation elsewhere! I was shocked by the situation and the rudeness. I asked how that could be? I had booked in advance, received confirmations! In response they said they had given my room to another person because he wanted to stay 8 days, while I only 3, so they were not interested in me, even though I had booked. They had no other rooms. They sent me to find lodging elsewhere. In total, instead of rest and the sea, I heard all the rudeness and spent half a day looking for another hotel with luggage and in fact. BUT! This is not the end of the story! Through Booking I received a notification that the hotel claimed I supposedly did not arrive and a penalty equal to the cost of the stay was being applied to me! So the rest of the half day I spent in correspondence with Booking support. Thank you Booking for sorting the situation out and not imposing any penalties, “thank you” to the hotel for rudeness, harshness, ruined rest, lost time and nerves! Swapping conscience and reputation for extra income in a couple of days and avoiding Booking’s commission is a “cool solution”.

The house is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything necessary is available. The hosts are very hospitable, kind, and very attentive to guests. There is a shop and many different cafés nearby. The sea is very close. I was very satisfied with the stay and will definitely come back. I recommend everyone to relax in this house.

The apartment was closer to the sea (but far from the center). I don’t know where to start with all the downsides. The host began speaking to us like enemies from the first second and later admitted she didn’t want to accept us. Unclear rules, laws that applied only to us. On the first day she asked for a hair dryer, she replied very rudely, then didn’t allow us to use the washing machine (also only for us). We couldn’t use the refrigerator either. When we ate, she threw a trash bin under our feet that was shared with neighbors, but for some reason that also only applied to us (we threw trash that morning, but supposedly it smelled). The last straw was the air conditioner, in this heat apparently you can’t use it “we’ll ruin it”, and she said that only to us. In terms of conditions, the room had no wardrobe at all, all the unnecessary junk everywhere, even no mirrors. I added a photo of the bed, see if you can sleep on it. The host just wants to earn money from nothing. Also photos of gray cloths that smelled all over the kitchen, but according to her, it was trash that smelled, which wasn’t there for 2 hours. In general, I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND this apartment. THE HOST WITH UNEXPLAINED DISCRIMINATION DESTROYED OUR REST.
