You get what you pay for. It was cheap, it felt cheap, so it was fine. And it's really close to the beach. For a cheap one night stay it was acceptable. Its old and rundown. Stained carpet in the hallway. Not much like the pictures I saw

The location is good and the staff are nice, but it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in; it seems like the place hasn’t been cleaned or maintained well for a year, rooms smell terrible and mold is everywhere—10 $ during Vietnam’s holiday season is too cheap for such a situation, so I don’t recommend it until they renovate; better to spend a bit more elsewhere.

The staff were enthusiastic, replied quickly to messages, and the beach was conveniently close for bathing and travel.

The location was right by the sea and within walking distance, but the room was old and couldn’t be renovated much.
