The staff were polite and attentive, but when I arrived around 3.20 pm the room wasn’t ready.

The place is spotless and right next to IOI, which is great. The staff are friendly, but they could use more training to be quicker and clearer. We had to wait for room service because we were heading to an event, so we ended up skipping breakfast. Check‑in was also a little sluggish, so faster and better communication would help.

The hotel is complete, beautiful, and clean, and the breakfast is special. The only downside is that the windows don’t block noise.
