The staff were friendly; the lady who helped me was very nice, and there was nothing else to note.

The hotel is central, but I had to ask for towels, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower left the whole floor wet when used.

1. The bedding was old and even had a hole, which was disappointing for the price I paid. 2. I saw rats running on the ceiling all night—actual rats, which freaked me out. 3. I waited at the gate for 30 minutes before someone finally let me in; I’d just come from work and it was a hassle. 4. There was a power outage in the area and no one from staff showed any concern; they didn’t even offer a torch, light, or candle for the whole time. 5. The floor was filthy and the toilet smelled like urine.
