The location is great and the room turned out to be larger than I expected. The hotel’s interior was clean, but I was annoyed by the many cockroaches in the first‑floor entrance. Also, the strong scent from the common areas bothered me.

The apartment is brand new, fully automated entry so no key needed, the room is cozy and the bed comfortable. The spot is the best I could find in Lisbon, in the lower part, literally a minute from the Cais Sodré metro/train station and main services. Unfortunately the building’s exterior isn’t pretty at all, but most of the historic centre looks like that.
