The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, but I would have appreciated an iron and ironing board in the room and milk for tea drinkers.

The hotel is a bit out of the way and lacks nearby supermarkets; the breakfast selection is limited and not very varied.

The location was good, but a guest from another room was able to enter our room, the facilities were worn out, the staff could have been more helpful, and communication was an issue.
