The place is great to be in, but I didn’t get the entry code for the room via text or email from the property management company; after calling the contact number I had to wait about 10 minutes to get it.

I was asked to wash, dry, and take out the dishes, which I find unacceptable for a room rental. No staff were present; the owners seem to be in Queensland, and the only interaction was a long text asking us to clean ourselves or pay extra. A hairdryer left by a previous guest had a broken handle and exposed wires—hopefully we’re not blamed—and it should be replaced. The TV was tiny, mounted at 3 o’clock from the bed, forcing us to strain our necks. The mirror was unnecessary and silly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few minor issues that prevented it from being a truly exceptional stay - the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
