“Didn t expect that from Marriot hotel!”

I liked the swimming pool area and the gym. The staff barely spoke English and seemed unprepared for foreign tourists. Dinner at the lounge was very, very bad. Breakfast was good but always the same. The bathroom in the room had no fan, the carpet was very dirty with many stains, and people smiled in the rooms. There were many other issues.

I was so relieved when the reception staff Fiona and Honey handled my wife's allergic reaction—getting an ambulance, arranging a hospital transfer, rebooking our flights, and extending our room stay—all with a fantastic attitude; we’re back in NZ now and everything’s fine, thank you so much.

“Not a good location for the tourist and family”

The place was clean but nothing special, just a Disneyland location nearby with a shuttle service; the location itself was poor, there were no nearby spots to kill time, and the room air conditioner was terrible at night, so we couldn’t sleep well.
