Everything was excellent, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Hernán and his wife
The location was perfect, and the owners, Dona Gloria and Sr. Fernando, were extremely friendly and helpful with planning our stay.
The hotel itself is pretty good, clean and well-maintained
The breakfast was amazing, really exceeded what we were expecting.

“Great value and a nice place to stay for a few nights”
A cute place in the historic center of the city. The breakfast was great, and the owners were amazing and very welcoming!
The hosts were friendly and the facilities were lovely. I didn’t have any bad experience with any aspect.

The hotel was nice and the owners were very friendly. English was a bit rough but communication worked. The old town is easily walkable from the hotel and a laundromat is a few hundred meters away. The double bed was narrow for two people and the blankets were not wide enough.

My room was on the 2nd floor (level 3), so walking up several times a day was occasionally a bit arduous because of Quito’s altitude; otherwise, no other complaints.
