Nothing positive. The staff were inattentive to customer requests and unprofessional; I’m still waiting for answers that never came, and they seem to care nothing about the customer.

Thank God it was excellent and they upgraded me for free, but if I need to iron clothes I have to go down to the basement.

The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the staff were attentive and professional, but the TV issue remained unresolved even after I reported it, and the location was a bit far from public roads, especially on a poorly lit street at night when taking the metro or bus.
