I thank everyone, starting with reception staff Talal Al‑Zahrani for his excellent service, Reema Al‑Assiri for her professionalism in guest relations, Mr. Sabhi from the restaurant for great service, and Mr. Saleh Al‑Aqili, reception manager, for his swift, courteous response. Many thanks.
