The breakfast each morning was very nice, and the atmosphere plus staff were super friendly and helpful; the back porch offered a beautiful view of the sandbar. Parking and the room felt a little tight, but that was fine.

We were greeted warmly the minute we arrived, and the room was spotless with comfy beds. The location was perfect and the food amazing, and Matt and Kristi were very welcoming—an inn vibe without worrying about intruding on anyone else’s space.

The suites were well worth the money, with fabulous views and a perfect spot for Bar Harbor, especially during the 4th of July celebrations. Breakfast on the porch was delicious and relaxing, topped with great service, and the whole weekend was amazing thanks to the lovely, informative hosts Matt and Kristi.

From the start it was a perfect stay; Kristi and Matt were incredibly nice, the inn itself was amazing, and the views were stunning. The location is ideal for beach and island walks and close to the centre. The rooms were cosy, decorated in a traditional inn style, and the breakfast was delicious—highly recommended.

The bathroom floors were heated, wifi was good, and there were comfortable chairs. The staff were awesome and very welcoming without being over‑engaging, and the facility itself is beautiful—nothing was lacking.
