The staff were always very attentive, even storing our luggage before check‑in; Tere, the friendly attendant, was helpful throughout. They offered to call a taxi to the airport, and the driver was also very pleasant and punctual. We really enjoyed our time in Bacaanda. I would have liked to receive directions on how to enter the place a bit earlier, as we expected a reception, but that wasn’t a problem once we arrived.

The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and modern, with an excellent location. The street is busy, so there is some noise, but it’s reasonable and not bothersome.

It’s super close to great restaurants and bars in the center of Oaxaca, so you can walk everywhere without needing a taxi.
