The location was close to my convention center. There were weird spots in the room and it looked like it had seepage issues. And given the room size, the amount of money that they charge is high. They should reduce the room size.

The towels in my room were stained with lipstick, the cushions bore cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom floor was also very dirty. Breakfast arrived cold, and it took 45 minutes to receive a dosa; the staff at breakfast wore no uniform, and the cutlery was unclean. Check‑in required 30 minutes with only one staff member present, the room door wouldn’t open properly because of rust, and the curtains were dusty.
