The cleanliness was poor and the care was bad.

The front‑desk staff were good, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, especially on the first floors. The bed linen and floor were dirty, there was no fridge, and the overall comfort was low. Parking spots for cars were not available, and the cleaning staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. I wish the upper floors had a single double bed instead of the one I received. The TV was terrible—only one channel, black and white, and the screen was very small.

The reception was respectful, but the room sheets were dirty and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. The shower head leaked a lot of water, and the windows need safety nets to prevent children from falling.
