The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean; the bathroom was luxurious with a deep bath and a separate shower that offered a view, and the staff were welcoming and helpful—great for families. However, we booked for 5 people in two rooms but only received 4 towels, 4 water bottles, and insufficient blankets; after we requested more, everything arrived, but the supply should match the booking. One of our rooms had a cigarette‑smoke smell despite being a non‑smoking room, and it would be useful to have basic crockery, cutlery, and a drying towel in the suite’s kitchen.

Unfortunately, the hotel's ironing facilities were not functioning, which was a significant inconvenience for our stay.

The hotel provided a comfortable and spacious room, along with a satisfying shower experience. The hotel also offered a generous supply of bottled water, which was a nice touch. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.
