The woman there was really friendly and helpful; she even handed me a spoon and a plate to use.

Ordering food to the hotel was difficult, so they offered to pick it up and deliver! The air‑con was great; it was very cold outside but it kept the room warm. The shower was next to the toilet and there was no separate shower area.
