“COMODO Y CCONFORTABLE”
Well‑located, but the cleanliness was lacking.
“Alojamiento cómodo, agradable y práctico”
The neighborhood was very comfortable and pleasant with a great food scene nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and the facilities were very quiet. Some furniture and areas look a bit dated and could use a refresh, though that doesn’t affect comfort or calmness, just an aesthetic point to note.
The atmosphere is very pretty.

Everything, especially the location, was great, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is excellent, centrally located in Usaquén, which is a gastronomic and shopping area. But the area retains a more historic atmosphere. The hotel is also in an older building. There was good hot water. The photos on booking show the rooms with gas heaters built into the walls. The photos show them working with flames visible. I was in two different rooms. The heaters did not work in either room. So the photos were misleading. Bogotá has a very cool climate, so having some heat in the early morning was important to me
