The property is very clean, very large with many pools and well‑maintained gardens. The gym is impeccable and the rooms are spacious. The spa services and various restaurants are too expensive. I didn't like the location; it's not a beach resort. No beach.

The service was good, yet the facilities were in bad shape, the main pool was in poor condition, and even though it’s marketed as a beach resort, the beach couldn’t be used.

The service overall was fine, but in the last two days the room wasn’t cleaned as well, and they stopped providing coffee cups or bath salts.

Everything was perfect—the rooms, the beach, the staff, the location, all of it.
