The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly kind, considerate, understanding, generous, quick to respond, and handled everything responsibly and thoughtfully; I truly appreciated his kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Overall everything was very good, with no major complaints and a pleasant experience overall.

The location was great, right on Garibaldi Street near the pedestrian area and next to the Duomo, and it was easy to walk or take a taxi from the central station. We booked all three rooms, so the whole apartment was ours. It was spacious and nice, with a kitchen (but no stove), large rooms with comfortable double beds, and a bathroom in each room; the living room was big and had two balconies with a lovely view of the ruins. Air conditioning was in every room and the windows were wide. The gentleman who showed us around was friendly and helpful. However, the overall cleanliness was very poor: the living room table was covered in crumbs, the balcony ashtray had cigarette butts, the kitchen dishes were a bit dirty, and the bathtub bathroom had a huge amount of hair on the floor in all corners, the blinds were completely stuck, and dust was in several wardrobes. The kitchen unfortunately lacks a stove. Breakfast was awful, all packaged items, some already opened, and biscuits left in the glass container. Some windows, including those on the balconies, had wall dust. Normally the place is a B&B with different guests per room and shared living/kitchen; our overall rating reflects the value for money we felt, considering the price we paid to rent the entire apartment during Ferragosto. The property has potential because it’s large, well organized, and in an exceptional location, but in our case we saw a lack of attention to detail and the cleaning could definitely improve.
