The location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful, cheery, and seemed genuinely caring. The room was controlled by a tablet that operated all lights, blackout curtains, etc.; the system failed one morning, leaving us in complete darkness and forcing us to call maintenance to fix it before we could get dressed.

The location was fantastic, safe, central, and close to many subway entrances and exits. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean, but a few small issues were missed during the full cleaning.
