Everything was great, the staff were very welcoming. A note: it would be essential to install an insect net on the bathroom window, as insects can enter the room through it, which feels quite unwelcoming.

Finding the hotel was difficult, even when using GPS.

Nice staff. We stayed at this hotel with our 4-month-old baby and requested a crib. Unfortunately, the condition of the crib was absolutely unacceptable. Both the crib itself and the mattress were extremely dirty, with stains that appeared to be urine and other marks. I would never feel comfortable putting a baby in something in that condition, especially in a 4-star hotel. When we first entered the room, the windows were closed and the room had a very unpleasant, stale smell, almost as if someone had just showered and the room had not been aired out properly. The bed frame was ripped and dirty, and both the mattress and the mattress protector had several stains, including marks that looked like blood or period stains. There was also a strange dusty, flour-like substance on the mattress, in addition to other dirt and stains. The staff were polite and did change our room after we complained, which we appreciated. However, the second room still had a damaged and dirty-looking bed frame, and we were not provided with another crib for our baby. The second room did at least seem cleaner than the first one. The hallways in both buildings where we were given rooms looked and smelled like an old, poorly maintained apartment building rather than a 4-star hotel. They were dirty, unpleasant and definitely did not give us a holiday atmosphere. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were a major disappointment. The property did not look or feel the way it is presented in the pictures online, and the reality was very different from what we expected. For a hotel advertised as 4-star accommodation, the standard of cleanliness we experienced was simply unacceptable.
