“Well really sucked that we had the experience with the worker as soon as we went in”
I was excited to relax by the pool during my stay, but unfortunately, the bed was too soft for my liking. To make matters worse, the staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and insisted that I pay a $250 deposit, despite the booking price stating it was only $100. He claimed that I had been falsely notified and seemed to have no idea what their policies were.
My stay was generally comfortable, thanks to the hotel's good lighting and effective communication. However, the breakfast selection was a letdown, with limited options that didn't quite meet my expectations.
I was a bit disappointed with the exterior of the building, which could use some attention to detail. On the other hand, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable. However, the overall experience was marred by the neglected state of the building's backside.
