Air conditioning is provided in the Deluxe Queen Room. The room contains one large double bed that sleeps two guests. A private bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer.

“Aceptable”
The room design and bed are comfortable, but the rooms are next to a bar where it seems that on Saturdays there’s electronic music until 2:30 am. When I arrived, there was no key for the room and the attendant took a long time to respond; I almost left for another hotel.
“Excelente ubicación y atención”
Excellent location close to the historic center, restaurants, plazas, museums, etc., and they attend to any request promptly. It needs better maintenance and cleaning of the facilities.

The decor is very tasteful, rooms are spacious and clean, but a nightclub next door played loud music until 3 am, so sleep was impossible until then. We got a refund from the helpful and concerned manager, and I’m sure this will be fixed in the future.
