The pool and gym equipment were available. The gym was opened at 7:55 on Saturday at our request, even though the sign said it opens at 7:30. The jacuzzi didn’t work when we pressed both switches meant to start it. We couldn’t reach the front‑desk staff from the phone set up above the switches. The issue was reported to the front‑desk agent at 13:00.
