What I liked most was the location, the friendly restaurant staff and the beach. What I disliked the most was the attitude of the reception staff, particularly some of the female employees, as well as the extremely poor hygiene standards throughout the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We found hair from previous guests in the bed, shower, and toilet, along with dirty spots on the bed and floor. To make matters worse, we were welcomed by a cockroach in the bathroom and a used razor next to the sink. After complaining, we were given another room. However, I soon realised that the problem was not limited to one room but reflected the hotel's overall hygiene and management standards. Honestly, these standards do not even meet what I would expect from a one-star hotel, let alone a five-star establishment. The housekeeping staff were also rude and unprofessional. On one or two occasions, our room was not cleaned at all. When we raised our concerns, there was little to no interest in resolving the situation. Instead, we were met with dismissive attitudes and further rudeness, not only from housekeeping but also from other members of staff. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guest complaints made our stay extremely disappointing. A five-star hotel should offer cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality, none of which we experienced consistently during our stay

Un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’Iberostar Kantaoui Bay ❤️ Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son professionnalisme, son accueil, sa gentillesse et son attention tout au long de notre séjour. Chaque membre du personnel a contribué à rendre cette expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de réaliser un magnifique shooting photo au sein de l’hôtel, dans un cadre sublime, ce qui a rendu ces moments encore plus précieux. Notre séjour de noces a été tout simplement parfait, rempli de beaux souvenirs, de bonheur et d’émotions. 💍❤️ Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre cette lune de miel inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés. Bravo à toute l’équipe et surtout ne changez rien 🌹. Rien
