Heritage look of the property. 1. Hygine & cleanliness needs lots of improvement. 2. Food quality needs lot of improvement. 3. Bath towels are too old & need replacement

The rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly, plus the garden was lovely; however, the rooms could use an upgrade and there should be more sports activities, both indoor and outdoor.
