We had a great stay with kids who enjoyed the arcade, pool table, and table tennis. The location was perfect for the snow. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well equipped and warm.

Good service, close to Whakapapa. Too many people in the kitchen.

The staff were lovely, but the kitchen was appalling—sinks were piled high with dishes and scraps all weekend, and there was rat and mouse droppings in the bathrooms.
