The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle service to resort spots was useful. However, the hotel was greedy: a glass of milk in the room cost 5 €, and our ski instructor’s coffee and cake were 35 €. The bathroom had no hanger or shelf, so we had to throw used towels on the floor. When we checked in, we were told we could use the sofa in sister hotel K2 Altitude, but later they said it was not permitted.

The room was very nice and spacious, with a small deck. The downside was that one breakfast was offered, and it was basically impossible to get any other food at the hotel.

As someone who has traveled to Courchevel 1850 for years, I can say this was the worst holiday experience I've had. Despite the courteous staff like Ms. Eva, the hotel manager was extremely rude and racist, ruining our trip from the start. He threatened us and never resolved any issues. The treatment we received was unacceptable; do not go.

This hotel's prime location in the heart of town, right next to the lifts, makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the area. The stylish design of the hotel is also a major plus. Overall, I was impressed by the hotel's amenities and its proximity to local attractions.

I had a beautiful stay at this hotel, with wonderful staff who made my experience even more enjoyable. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I chose to stay here - it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.
