The reception was nice. The room was spacious and luckily had no carpet. The pool was great, the garden pretty, and the location good. Payment options were outdated; I wanted to pay by credit card, but they said they don’t accept it, so the payment‑policy info should be updated.

The Bio-Hotel Melter is simply gorgeous and ultra clean. I liked my room a lot; it was well‑equipped, modern, and had a balcony. The pool left a strong impression on me. Overall, it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was very good and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Hotel Melter; I really enjoyed it there.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The quality of the beds was great. The pool was nice. The only downside was the lack of a fridge for medications.

There was a refrigerator with drinks in the extra room for guests. The vegetarian buffet was very good. Extra charges applied for the sauna.
