The front desk guy gave us exceptional customer service, but the place was very run down—bathroom paint was sloppy with patch jobs in a different color, the bathroom door didn’t work properly, the toilet was loose on the floor, and the price was too high for this level of condition; it should be at least $100 cheaper.
