For its location and price this was an excellent choice; Anita at the front desk was outstanding in helping with any questions or requests, and I have no suggestions.

The location and breakfast were good, and we have stayed here several times with consistently fine experiences. I’m not sure if the room above the pool or the shift from summer to cooler weather caused the musty, damp smell; adjusting the heating/ac didn’t help, and keeping the bathroom fan on all night didn’t solve it either. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work, but the upper latch did, so I didn’t feel unsafe. I’ll stay here again because it’s close to everything, but I’d prefer a different area.

The staff were professional and accommodating, the rooms were clean and ready before our arrival, and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable; breakfast was delicious with many options, so I’ll always book Evergreen Inns & Suites when I’m in the area.
