We had a wonderful stay at Casa Conquista. The staff were extremely accommodating when we arrived later than planned because of a medical emergency, and their kindness eased a stressful situation. The room was warm, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location was excellent—just a short walk from Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was another highlight: diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious with many options. The hospitality was outstanding, and we truly appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend Casa Conquista to anyone visiting the area.

This place had many things that truly matter to me as a traveler: reliable internet; a warm shower, though a bit weak; and a space heater for those cold Cusco nights—extremely helpful. I met the owner and her two sons briefly, and they seemed very nice and hospitable; I didn’t take advantage of breakfast. However, the rooms are very simple, the building is old, the bathroom is shared, not very clean, and accessed via a creaky outside stairway. Two friendly dogs roam freely on the property, and several neighborhood dogs roam outside. Access is via a fairly steep cobblestone street that is pedestrian-only.
