Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners was super nice and could speak a bit of English. The garden is really nice, except for the screaming kids. The view from the garden on the 11th floor is great. Clean, comfortable, and friendly place. The rooms could use a refresh—it's an old building with dated interiors.

Angel at the front desk was amazing; she genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to help, not just doing her job but truly taking ownership to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of – a real asset to the hotel.

The distance from the station was acceptable. Although the room was advertised as sound‑proof, we could still hear the neighbour’s chatter and it was irritating, and while the breakfast offered many options, none of them tasted good.

The breakfast was incredible – so many options, so much fresh produce, and it would keep you fed all day! The beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of sightseeing, but it was a pity there were no bookmarks on the pillows.
