“Ottima posizione,meno la trasparenza”
Great location, 10 minutes on foot from Piazza San Pietro and about 5–7 minutes from the Ottaviano metro stop. Breakfast with a voucher at a nearby bar is good. We booked a room at Vaticanspace Rooms but were housed at As Planet on the adjacent street, part of the same property, so the start was not encouraging because when I book a place I want to stay there. The room had dated upholstery and carpet, and when we arrived the room had not been cleaned; the issue was fixed immediately with a call to the owner. The owner is always reachable by phone. In Rome you only need a room for showering and sleeping, so we managed. Would you recommend it? I’m not sure because I still emphasize that when I book a place I want to stay in that place.

I was nervous about traveling with two kids, but the accommodation turned out to be excellent. The room was great, featuring four beds linked into two double sets, a wardrobe, and a bathroom; we just slept. It also had a kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The location was superb. We had breakfast at the café across the street, where our guy works, so it was convenient. Croissants and coffee were fantastic. The only downside was that the kitchen had no plates.

Perfect stay, beyond all expectations! The structure is absolutely impeccable in every way. Cleanliness is excellent, attended to in every detail, and the location is strategic, very convenient for moving around and reaching the main points of interest. A special shout‑out to the host: a person of rare kindness, availability, and warmth, able to make us feel at home from the first moment. Breakfast is simply great, abundant, and full of fresh, high‑quality products. All of this at a super fair and competitive price for the service offered. We will definitely return, highly recommended!

The location was central, but it wasn’t the same place shown on Booking. The owner gave us his phone number so we could stay in touch, yet many of our messages went unanswered. The place we were given was about two streets away from the one advertised on Booking, costing us roughly an hour and a half to find and reach it. The accommodation we received wasn’t what we booked or paid for. The property didn’t match the Booking description or photos. The room we got was much smaller, cramped, and less comfortable than initially presented, and it lacked a balcony or terrace. We weren’t provided with all the amenities listed on Booking; the terrace, coffee maker, and kitchenette were missing. The differences between what was advertised and what we actually received were significant and clearly impacted our stay.
