The bathroom’s water pump was supposed to be fixed, but it wasn’t, and on top of that the food was too expensive.

The apartment wasn’t tidy, the toilet was filthy, and the staff were unfriendly; someone knocked on my door at 11.30 pm for no reason, and they charged me more than the online price—an extra 50 %—claiming I had to pay.

The environment was neat and serene, and the staff cared enough to go the extra mile to keep me comfortable; nothing negative.
