The place is well situated near Oxford train and the city centre, the staff are nice, and the cleaning lady was helpful. Breakfast options were limited, the room was very cold because of a single glazed window, and there was no desk or table. Don’t set your expectations too high; you might want to stay elsewhere.

The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was great! The room was small but comfortable, and the cleaning crew were attentive, bringing me new tea supplies every day. Everything was spotless.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean, but the television was far too small and had major antenna problems. An employee tried to replace it, but by the next morning it had completely failed.
