The terrace breakfast was very good. The garden pool was large, with plenty of loungers. The room was very spacious and tastefully furnished, and the bathroom was huge. The staff were very friendly. You should take the chance to dine at the excellent on‑site restaurant (Osmosi). It’s a great base for visiting Montepulciano, Pienza, the Trasimenosee, and other beautiful spots. We would return. Aside from the heat in the room (air‑conditioning weak at 37 °C outside), everything was perfect.

The room was well equipped but too small and offered limited storage for two people staying longer. The pool and relaxation area were nicely designed. The service and breakfast could be improved, and there is only one star‑rated restaurant with no other dining options in the hotel.

The rooms and hotel were gorgeous. The winery and tasting were great. The lasagna we had at dinner on the terrace was amazing! The gym could be better, and we had to store our luggage when we went to work out.

El lugar es exclusivo y pocas habitaciones lo que da tranquilidad y relajo. Para ese nivel de hotel creo que el personal de atención debe ser de primer nivel en cuanto al conocimiento de las instalaciones y las atracciones del lugar, si se hacen nuevas contrataciones deben hacer un proceso de inducción profundo e intensivo al personal
