The overall service exceeded our expectations. Marco and Chef Pia were always available and quick to provide first‑class service. After I made the reservations, Marco supplied up‑to‑date information and kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. From transportation from the airport to transportation to the cruise, information about the city and using the train to go to Rome, Marco was always quick to turn our plans into reality. Chef Pia’s food was amazing, and she always did something to make our experience memorable. If you have the chance, I strongly recommend taking one of her cooking classes. Nothing else prevented us from staying longer.
