The view was great, but the bed in room 6 felt like stone—no sleep, back and neck pain the next day, and the pool was tiny.
The furniture was beautiful and unique, cleanliness was excellent, and the place was quiet.
“Superbe.”
The charm of the place and the village, plus the location, were wonderful; thanks to Loubna and Kamel for their top‑class hospitality, kindness, and availability, and kudos to Bernard for this beautiful establishment—we’ll return as soon as we can.
The Kashbah was friendly and genuinely welcoming in a traditional village close to Ait Ben-Haddou, with a well‑restored exterior and a pleasant courtyard pool, and the usual Moroccan hospitality when attending to guests. However, the renovation in part of the Kashbah could have used more traditional materials, especially the floor tiles, corridors, and WC tiles, which, while not affecting comfort, visually clash with the rest of the spaces.
We stopped for one night at this hotel near Ait Ben Haddou while traveling from Marrakech to Merzouga; it was comfortable, clean, served a hearty breakfast, and the staff—especially Nurettin and Kamal—were very friendly and helpful, guiding us on everything we needed.
