“Do not recommend this hotel”

I was initially told that the hotel was sold out, but then they somehow managed to find a room for me, which was convenient since it was close to my training location. However, my stay was marred by issues like cockroaches in the room, poor cleanliness, a non-functional TV, and the staff taking the TV but not returning it. To make matters worse, the towels they provided left white threads all over my body.

My stay at this hotel was marred by a completely unhelpful and arrogant receptionist who seemed more interested in denying me a room than assisting me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was met with excuses about the hotel being sold out, and it took a lengthy phone call to customer care to finally get a room assigned. On a more positive note, the hotel offered good value for the price I paid.
