Very friendly and dedicated staff who were always eager to help. The breakfast was extensive and offered fresh bakery items. The room was quiet and the location very convenient: the train station is within walking distance and the city center is quickly reachable. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the building that reminded me of a damp house.
